My minimum length of membership is 24 months or 8 deliveries. I can cancel after this time in writing.

As an Mayfield Vineyard Platinum Club Member I authorise Mayfield Vineyard  to debit my credit card, and any card issued to me in renewal or replacement thereof, with the cost of my Wine Club dozens when they are dispatched in quarterly.
